Shipping & returns

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail generally within two business days of receipt of your order.   We will email you when your order has been shipped.   In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email. So, it is very important that you give us a working email address.

If you don't receive an email from us welcoming you or confirming your order, please email us at support@noveltymart.net.

All orders are subject to a $5.00 per shipment handling fee.

If any items in your order are placed on back order and cannot be shipped with the original order, no additional shipping fees will be charged for subsequent shipments of back ordered items.  The full shipping/handling fees on the original order cover the shipment of all items in that order.

Currently, we ship only to locations within the United States.  We regret that we cannot ship to foreign countries.

Some items may be drop shipped, and therefore may arrive from another company.

We do not ship C.O.D. or freight.

 

Novelty Mart Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our business, we cannot accept returns except for items damaged prior to receipt or covered explicitly in our Warranties section.

All returns must be pre-aprroved.  Contact us at support@noveltymart.net.  In your email include your Name, Address, Order #, Description of item, and Reason for return.  We will contact you regarding whether return is permissible and with return shipping instructions.

No refund will be given until item is returned and inspected.  Refund is for cost of item only(including any taxes), and does not include any shipping or handling fees.
